A Place at the Beach Phase II condominium complex features an oceanfront location, private pool, and gated beach access. This is a second floor side unit on the east side with fantastic unobstructed ocean views from the private deck off the living room. It offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy additional features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, 2 TV's, wireless internet, ceiling fans, and a private balcony off of the living room. A Place at the Beach Phase II includes a coin-op community laundry and grilling area near the pool.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds and a full bathroom with a shower.
Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Second floor. Accommodates 6.

This rental is dog friendly. An additional charge of $125 plus tax will apply when bringing a dog and your check out time will be 9:00 am.
Rentals are weekly only.
Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers.
Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
