This home in Summer Place offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This home has a reverse floor plan with the living area and kitchen on the top floor. On this floor there is a half bathroom off of the hallway. The King master bedroom is on this floor with a private bathroom with a tub/shower. Downstairs there are four bedrooms. One has a Queen bed and access to the hall bathroom from this bedroom. One bedroom has a Queen bed and a Single bed and a private bathroom with shower. Another bedroom has a Double/Single bunk set with a Single trundle bed. The last bedroom has a Queen bed and a regular bunk set with a private bathroom with tub/shower.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
