This oceanfront penthouse condo offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy features such as central heat and air, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 TVs with internet cable (streaming), DVD player, wireless internet, a private elevator to the first floor, and a private oceanfront balcony off of the living room/master bedroom. Ocean Cove includes an oceanfront pool and a walkway to the beach.  

On the first floor of the unit there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a King bed and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has one Queen bed. There is a full bathroom off of the hallway. Upstairs there is a third bedroom with two Queen beds. The fourth bedroom has a Single/Single bunk set and a Single/Queen bunk set. Upstairs there is a hall bathroom in between the two bedrooms.

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. Third floor with private elevator from parking area. Accommodates 10.

Rentals are weekly only 6/1/2024-8/31/2024.
This property is not available during the off season.

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets are allowed at Ocean Cove. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
