Main floor open floor plan with living room, kitchen, and large dining area. Wet bar with built in icemaker. On this level is one bedroom with King bed and full bathroom, private study with Queen sleeper sofa, and a bathroom off of the hallway. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with King bed, balcony access, and private bathroom with large shower. Another bedroom has one Queen bed, balcony access, and private bathroom with tub/shower. Two more bedrooms have two Double beds each and private bathrooms with tub/showers. Washer and dryer located on this floor also. Access to the rooftop deck via a spiral staircase to the third level.
Park-style charcoal grill and large octagonal picnic table, along with small seating area are available in the outdoor area below. Artificial turf covers majority of outdoor natural areas making this a perfect area to play and relax.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
