This large oceanfront home offers 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Enjoy many features that are included for a large family group such as 2 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators, 2 full size washers & dryers, 9 TVs (one in each room and living room), and BluRay and DVD players. There is also central heat and air, wireless internet, 2 outdoor enclosed showers, covered porches, a large sun deck, a built-in grill and picnic area on the ground level, and walkway out to the beach. The private pool on the oceanfront can be heated in the off season for an additional charge. This property has a convenient elevator that takes guests from the parking level to the first floor.

On the main floor there are three bedrooms, each with two Queen beds and a private bathroom. Upstairs are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. These include two master bedrooms on the oceanside of the house, each with a King bed and private bath with tub/shower. Three other bedrooms each have two Queen beds and a private bathroom with tub/shower.

There is a $750.00 departure cleaning fee. There is a $200.00 linen package fee that includes bed linens and bath towels with beds made upon arrival.  Accommodates 28.
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors.  Absolutely no pets of any kind allowed.

Rentals are weekly only 5/25/2019-9/7/2019.
3-night minimum 9/8/2018-5/25/2019 and 9/8/2019-12/31/2019. Some restrictions apply.
5-night minimum over Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays.  

Paper goods, and soaps are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

Use of this property shall not be for any activity or purpose that violates any criminal law or government regulation or is deemed to be detrimental to the property by the Agent. Breach of this or any rental policies will result in eviction without refund.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
