Redecorated with a relaxed and updated beach vibe, this spacious 2000 sq/ft home has a two-story open living room floor plan. If you enjoy the outside ocean air, relax on the brand new back deck with partial views of the ocean, or stroll across the newly added walkway that connects to the front deck, offering picturesque sunrise views overlooking the marsh. Both decks are perfect for morning coffee or an early evening cocktail with family and friends.   

This third row  house features five bedrooms and five baths on two levels, with two king master bedrooms. Every bedroom has a Smart TV with cable and DVR, along with additional channels for sports, movies and cartoons.  The home is also equipped with Fiber Optic high speed internet access.    Every bedroom also has a PRIVATE BATH.    On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen and private bath. Both of these main level bedrooms have sliding glass doors for access to the back deck.  Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed. The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. The fifth bedroom has a pyramid bunk and a double size bed. With low structures and open lots on the ocean side, partial ocean views can be enjoyed from four of the five bedrooms.    

The kitchen is all new for 2021, including all new stainless steel appliances, and new shaker style cabinets. The kitchen is also equipped with Quartz countertops and new oversize quartz peninsula, which are perfect for meal prep. The adjoining 6 person dining area with a bay window overlooks the marsh. There are two leaves available for the dining room table, plus additional chairs, to seat 10, plus 3 stools at the bar.    The cabinets are fully stocked, containing all the kitchenware you will need for a great week at the beach.  

Oversized brand new 15 X 28 ft. pool includes a 7 ft. lounging ledge for working on that great tan while the rest of the family enjoys splashing around in the water! And when you're done with the sun and sand, wash off in the outdoor private hot and cold water shower before settling into one of the Adirondacks, or chaise lounge chairs. The picnic table and outdoor living room with couch and captain's chairs offer the perfect spot to hang out while grilling up steaks and burgers on the new Weber grill. While you're enjoying the outdoors, why not add some music to get the full beach feel? This house is equipped with Sonos, a wireless home sound system both inside, and by the pool area.  What's better than relaxing by the pool? Relaxing by the pool listening to music.   Sonos, the ultimate in sound system will fill your vacation home with music.

Guests may also enjoy the full use of the under home storage room with keyless entry, and a second, full size refrigerator.  This is a great space to secure your personal beach gear and belongings.  Also, feel free to use the generous assortment of beach gear and games provided.  With plenty of parking under the house for multiple cars/golf cart, you will never feel cramped or crowded.

This house is less than a two-mile bike or golf cart ride to the famous OIB Pier, Putt-Putt, surf shops, new public park with splash pad and playgound, and all the wonderful OIB restaurants you're sure to enjoy during your stay.    

Additional amenities include  keyless entry for both the house and storage unit, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, crockpot, ceiling fans, plus a high chair and pack n play for the young guests.

A two-night minimum rental is allowed before June 4 and after August 21. All properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. There is a golf cart outlet in the carport.
