283 West Second Street -  SEA SCAPE -  NEW PRIVATE POOL FOR 2021 - This third row house features seven bedrooms and six and a half baths, on three levels. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms: Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed in each and TV's; one of the bedrooms has access to a hallway bathroom, and the other one has a private bathroom; two bedrooms have a double and a single bed in each, and TV's; these two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. This bathroom has a shower only (no tub); the fifth bedroom has two single beds and a private bath (this bathroom has a tub). The second level has the living area, kitchen, dining room, and an additional den with a double sleeper sofa, game table and TV. There's a half bath on this level. There are two bedrooms on the third floor, on the street side, one with a king bed, and one with a queen. Both bedrooms have TV's and private bathrooms. There's an additional double sleeper sofa in the west bedroom (with a queen bed) on the first level for your "drop by" company.  

Amenities include elevator to first and second floor, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven,porta-crib, iron/ironing board, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats twelve and there are also eight stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The comfortable rockers on the covered sound side porch invite you to sit outside and enjoy the view of the passing boats on the waterway. This property provides you with access to the oceanfront pool at the Islander Resort in front of The Isles Restaurant.  

This property has keyless entry.  

Upgrades for 2021:  New 14 X 32 pool and pool furniture.  

Although this property rents on a partial week in the off-season, before June 4 and after August 21, there's a two-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
