Both bedrooms are located adjacent to the common area.  The master bedroom has 1 queen and 1 double and the second bedroom has 2 double beds.  Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range. The kitchen/dining area has a microwave, coffee bar with drip coffee maker & Keurig, and 4-slot toaster.  The dining area has seating for four and a raised counter bar with additional seating for three. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. The main area of the condo has two sets of sliding glass doors that open to a wrap-around patio for outside seating to enjoy the coastal wildlife and sea breeze. One set of golf clubs, 2 beach umbrellas/2 beach chairs for guest use in condo.
