The house is located on a quiet street that is across from the Intracoastal waterway. There is a screen porch off the master bedroom that is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, a Keurig, and is fully stocked. The vaulted great room is spacious and has a new 55 inch TV, wireless internet access, and a DVD player. There is a loft upstairs that is furnished with children’s toys, games, and puzzles. A Graco Pack N Play, and a booster seat are provided. The house has several decks from which guests can enjoy the canal or sunsets over the Intracoastal waterway. Other amenities include
an enclosed outdoor shower ( hot/cold water), gas grill, bicycles, and a new washer/dryer. All linens included for easy check-in/check out.
