All bedrooms have ceiling fans and offer sliders onto decks with seating options for relaxing, sunning and outdoor dining.   Don’t forget to capture the breath- taking sunsets from the front decks that make the West end exceptional.

All bathrooms have tile floors and tile surrounds.  Two of the bathrooms have luxury walk in showers.

This home offers whole house audio, free WiFi , direct tv and keyless entry.  

Ground level offers parking for 6+ cars.  There is a private, enclosed pool that can be heated (Oct. – May) for $75. Day.  The tiki bar has bar stools, Edison lighting, a tv, small refrigerator to keep beverages cold and ceiling fan.  For your convenience there is a hot/cold shower, picnic table and grill.

The first level living area hosts a pool table, wet bar, wine cooler, large flat screen tv and seating for family fun.  The laundry room is located on this level with alarm secured door leading to pool area.  Also, on this level is a ½ bath for your convenience.
