DESCRIPTION
This pet-friendly ground level condo is a great golf and beach retreat. It has a fairway view with ponds and native trees offering a tranquil setting. The condo has two bedrooms each with two queen beds and private baths. The common area is expansive with adjoining living, kitchen and dining areas. Complimentary WIFI is included and the condo has three televisions (You Tube TV) including a large screen and DVD in the living room area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and range. The dining area has a table with seating for four and a raised kitchen bar allowing additional seating for four. Central heating and air conditioning throughout the condo provides year-round comfort. Bring your dog with you on vacation as this condo allows pets (2 pet maximum/non-refundable pet fee applies). Dogs are allowed on the beach on leash (allowed hours vary by season). Please note that this is a smoke-free condo.
A private screened deck is located off the front bedroom and a wrap-around patio is accessible from the living room and bedroom areas for outside enjoyment. The community has a pool, charcoal grills and tennis courts on site for recreational fun. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service provided.
