Seeing double? This home features two floors boasting two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two decks, lined with poly wood Adirondack chairs, loungers, and an outdoor dining table! Plus, linen service and blankets are included (sheets, blankets, bedding, and towels) so no need to pack up your entire house for vacation: we've got you covered!

First Floor Space with Four Bedrooms and Two Full Bathrooms:

Panoramic ocean views from a spacious great room allows you to cozy up on a large, comfy leather sectional conversation pit, complete with matching loveseat, while you take in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic. Situated in the middle of the seating is a unique driftwood coffee table, which makes for an exceptional conversation piece, not to mention a great place for family game nights!

Beautiful hardwood-style LVP flooring flows throughout, and there is plenty of space to enjoy your favorite coastal cuisine at the dining table that provides seating for 10, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. A chef-inspired kitchen brings in a timeless design with waterfall quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinets that are well-stocked for all your cooking and dining needs!

The oceanfront master welcomes you to a king bed, 6-drawer dresser, and 2-drawer nightstand for plenty of space for your favorite vacation attire! Through a shared full bathroom that has been renovated and boasts a walk-in shower with beautiful coral tile, you will find a second bedroom that is finished with a pair of queen beds, 5-drawer dresser, and open clothes rack for hanging garments.

The third and fourth bedrooms share a full hall bath with a white-tiled shower/tub combo. Both bedrooms feature two queen beds, a dresser, and open hanger space.

Top Floor with Two Bedrooms and One Full Bath:

Loads of natural light shine through this open living space, with expansive, unobstructed views of the ocean. The living room features a soaring wood-beamed ceiling, a large leather sectional, and two accent chairs that provide the perfect place to relax with family and watch the boats sail by. The top floor deck serves as yet another fantastic spot to kick back and relax, or work on your summer tan.

An additional full-size kitchen and dining area, with seating for eight, provides the perfect space to cook up some local seafood or whip up a delicious breakfast for the family.

Escape and unwind after a full day in your choice of two second floor bedrooms: a king-sized bedroom with incredible closet storage, and the second bedroom is finished with a queen bed, plus an additional daybed behind the curtained partition, perfect for nap time! Both bedrooms share a full bath with a custom walk-in shower that features gorgeous teal tile.

Ample parking spaces for multiple families, outdoor hot and cold shower, and a convenient laundry room adjacent to the home's entry staircase. Only one house away from approved beach access, making quick bathroom and snack breaks a breeze!
