A delightfully spacious screened in porch runs along the length, which is accessible from the front and rear porch and even has it's own entrance into the home.

This home provides a quiet getaway equipped with plenty of outdoor living opportunities. Feel the sea breeze brush your skin on the screened in or covered porch or light up the fire pit at night for memories of a lifetime.

This coastal escape is just four blocks over from the Davis Canal crossover, which leads to the soft sandy beach. If you don't want to stroll over the canal, this home is located in the middle of public beach accesses at SE 40th Street and Middleton Avenue. When you finish your long day at the beach you can rinse off in the hot and cold outdoor shower before preparing dinner in the well-stocked kitchen.
