Oak Island is known for its calm surf, beautiful sunsets, and family-friendly beach. The Island Golf Course and restaurant are located across the street from this complex, and it is within walking distance to a fishing pier, ice cream, oceanfront restaurant, and beach club.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.

For those with allergies, please note that although no pets are allowed during guest stays, both dogs and cats may occasionally be present during owner reservations.
