TV with basic cable. Downstairs screened in porch, tiki bar and built-in benches. Streetside covered patio, oceanfront deck and dune top deck. Water hose located on the beachside walkway for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Fenced yard and gas grill. Private in-ground seasonal pool. The Old Barn was originally built in 1896 and was the first structure on Caswell Beach and later a dwelling for the Keeper of the light before the Lighthouse was built. Remodeled in 1935 and survived Hurricane Hazel in 1954 and has been fully restored.
