Centrally located, this pet friendly home is just 600 feet to the beach with direct, lifeguarded access. Many popular restaurants are in walking distance--Mama Kwans, American Pie, Millers, Beachcombers and Kill Devil Grill! Professionally decorated and well equipped, this home has everything you need for a great vacation.
Inside, enjoy all of the comforts of home with a full kitchen, wet bar on lower level, microwaves, dishwasher, and washer and dryer, new appliances and living room furniture. Stay cool and comfortable with central air and heat and don't worry about carrying luggage or groceries up 3 flights of stairs as an elevator is provided for your convenience.
There is entertainment for everyone with 8 flat screen TVs as well as a stereo with surround sound and wireless High Speed Internet throughout. Outdoors, there are 3 open decks with furniture that offer sun and shade and a screened porch for enjoying casual dinners. After a long, hot day at the beach, cool off in the outdoor shower before splashing in your own private pool for a evening swim.

This is a pet friendly vacation home. Pets shall be limited to (2) domestic, housebroken adult dogs (no puppies). Puppies are defined as dogs less than 18 months of age. $150 Pet Fee will apply per dog.
