Bedrooms haven't been this big in almost a century. Upstairs, you have the main 'kids area' or second family room. It features a reading nook, two larger beds, a full sitting area complete with TV, and still plenty of room leftover to play and live.

Did I mention the view? They don't build homes this close the beach anymore. And they certainly don't build such spacious decks anymore either. The dining area, living area and more has a perfect view of the ocean. You can spend the entire day on the beach and let the kids run back and forth all day without worry. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. You can grab a bite at Chilli Peppers , within walking distance of this home and Awful Arthur's is also minutes away. You are also close to the Avalon Fishing Pier, where you can spend all day fishing. Boutique shopping and historic sites like Wright Memorial are also nearby.
