Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a fish cleaning table, charcoal grill, an outside shower, and a carport and parking area that accommodates up to 3 vehicles.  

Single Level: Enter the home through the bright open-concept living room â"the perfect place to bring the family together after a day in the sun. The living room is furnished with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV with Roku, books, and board games. Off the living room is the kitchen and dining area. Make cooking a breeze with a quaint kitchen that provides everything you need for the perfect meal, counter seating that accommodates 4, and a dining table that seats 4. Down the hallway are three bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 1# is furnished with a Twin bed with trundle,  Bedroom #2 is furnished with a Full bed, and  Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Queen bed.  Directly off the living room is a screened porch with a large picnic table and a porch swing. The screened porch provides access to a laundry room and Bedroom #4, a private  Queen suite with a  full bathroom.  

Extras: 1 TV,  WiFi, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, covered deck, sun deck, and deck furniture.  No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets.  Distance to beach access:  600 feet. Beds: 2 Queens, 1 Full, 1 Twin, 1 Trundle.  Key Type:  Lock Box.  Check-in Location:  At the Property.

Linens and towels are provided all year.  This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking:  During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
