Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with an outside shower, gas & charcoal grills, utility sink and access to the community Soundfront pier.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with TV/DVD, deck access, sound views and a large private bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV, Bedroom with a Bunk Set,  Single Sleep Sofa and TV, Queen Bedroom with TV, full hallway bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, sound bar, gas fireplace, wet bar with beverage cooler and ice maker and deck access. Kitchen with stainless appliances and counter seating for 2, dining area seating 7 with screened porch access and a half bath.

Extras: 4TVs, DVD, enclosed outside shower, gas and charcoal grills, gas fireplace (available November 1 - April 30), wet bar, beverage cooler, ice maker, 2 kayaks, utility sink, beach cart, screened porch, deck swing, laundry with washer and dryer and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only.  Beds: King, Queen, 2 Singles, Bunk Set, Single Sleep Sofa. House Address: 1390 Duck Road. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.  

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
