Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with TV, deck access and private bathroom, Queen Bedroom with TV and deck access, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and TV and a full hall bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with 75" TV, all new furnishings and deck access, kitchen with all new appliances and breakfast bar seating for 5, newly remodeled half bathroom and the dining area seating 8 with east and west side deck access.
Extras: Hot Tub, 6 TVs (one exterior), high speed internet, picnic table, park style charcoal grill, gas grill, enclosed outside shower, corn hole, hammock, outdoor bar, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 9 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
