Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a flat-screen TV and the laundry area with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: Small Rec area with a foosball table and deck access, King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access and a Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV and deck access. Half bath on the landing between the mid and top level. The gas grill is on the deck.
Top Level: Great room with large, flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access. Kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2, dining area seating 9 and access to the deck with a picnic table. Ship's Watch with ocean view, computer desk, monitor and printer. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.
Booking
During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
