Hatteras Solrise's exterior features double decks perfect for catching amazing views. The direct beach access is only a few steps from an excellent shaded area perfect for a hammock. You'll have access to the carport, as you walk up the deck stairs and enter your beach side getaway.
The first floor features a wrap-around deck with a hot tub, and features the private bonus/game room with a separate outside entrance! (not accessible from upper levels) The futon setup is perfect for gathering around a board game and getting ready for bed later. Just off of the bonus room is the laundry room and a half bathroom.
As you make your way up to the main level, you will be greeted by the 2nd deck area, half of which is a covered leisure area. Perfect for those sunset view dinners. Entering Hatteras Solrise starts with an open living room and kitchen/dining room. Interior access to the screened in porch is just off the living room and makes for easy access from the kitchen to the deck. Moving down the hall, you'll find the 4 bedrooms and bathroom. The double bedroom on your left and the bathroom on your right as you make your way to the two single beds on the left and the master and king bedroom on the right.
