The ground level welcomes you with a bonus game room with ping pong table and TV to your right and the stairs to the first level on your left. Make your way to the first floor to find the foyer with a queen sleeper sofa to your left and a hallway of 3 master bedrooms all with TVs and private bathrooms to your right. You'll pass the first bath to your right as you make your way towards the masters. A stairwell leading to the main level is just off the foyer and brings you to a beautiful open dining room with sound side view and access to the screened-in deck. The screened-in porch includes a bar table & chairs perfect for casual dining and awesome sunset views. The open kitchen with island overlooks the stunning great room with a large flat-screen TV and leather furniture. You'll also find a half bathroom, and an additional master bedroom with a private bath, TV & deck.
