Start your vacation off right with a dip in the sparkling 16' x 32' private pool, or hang out at home with the basketball hoop, BBQ, and relaxing hot tub. Take a ride through the village on a solo stroll or bring a family member with one of the two bikes on the property (1 tandem).
When it's time to hit the sand, take the beach cart to the beautiful beach with 10 beach chairs and 4 boogie boards, located just a short stroll away. Inside, your family will appreciate the well-arranged floor plan with plenty of room to spread out. The many sundecks, screened porch and a 4th-floor tower room offer comfortable seating, panoramic ocean views, and quiet relaxation.
For a little fun out of the sun, head to the game room with pool table, Nintendo, wet bar and refrigerator, or simply enjoy the many amenities located throughout the house, including a video library, intercom system, 7 TVs, 7 VCRs, 4 DVDs, stereo/CD , and Wireless High-speed Internet for your laptop. When it's time to pack it in for the night, retreat to one of 5 comfy bedrooms, including 2 king master bedrooms, and 1 with Jacuzzi.
