Perfect for families especially those bringing pets, this home even offers locking gates on both ends of the deck, providing a secure area for kids and dogs alike to enjoy a day on the beach without even leaving your vacation home.
Close to shopping, restaurants and water sports, this home is conveniently located in the heart of Kitty Hawk. Enjoy quick drives to the northern beaches of Duck and Corolla or sight-see in the more central beaches of Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head. Whether you’re looking for an outdoor adventure of recreational activities, or a more laid-back vacation of shopping and dining, you will be close to it all!
Back inside, you will find three bedrooms all maintaining the rustic charm and character from when the house was first built. The bed layout includes and queen bedroom with ocean views as well as a second and third with two twin beds and a full-sized bed, respectively. This main living area features a full hall bath as well as an outdoor cabana bath with enclosed outdoor shower, vanity and bathroom. Adding an extra perk for those wanting a quiet getaway in the underappreciated fall months of October and November, this home comes equipped with a gas fireplace, providing a romantic element rarely seen in our classic cottages.
