Speaking of the young ones, we can promise there is nothing more exciting to the kids in the family than throwing out their own crabbing line in pulling in their own North Carolina Blue Crab. Protected by a guard gate and with amenities only allowed for guests and owners you can expect a reprieve from the resort town hustle and bustle and do what you came here to do, relax. Beauty of this little strip of land is you are never too far from the beach.Inside, “Barefootin” comfortably sleeps six and features both a King and Queen Bedroom including one that looks out over the canal and well as a kid’s room with a bunk set. The connecting great room has panoramic views of the canal throughout and, also comes equipped with a 40” flat screen tv with ROKU for a relaxing movie night after a full day of outdoor activities. Other upgrades include a fully renovated kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry, new furnishings throughout and hardwood floors. Small in stature but, large in charm “Barefootin” is the perfect getaway for families to kick off their shoes and enjoy a part of our quiet little town under appreciated for far too long.Community pool opens Memorial Day May 25th and closes after Labor Day around the second week of September depends on the weather. Summer hours are 11 am to 7 pm.
