Centrally located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, “Beach Daze” is just one block from the beach, conveniently located just 850 feet away from the Kill Devils Hills Ocean Rescue Station, home to a nationally ranked competitive lifeguard team. For the historians in the family, “Beach Daze” offers glimpses of the Wright Brothers Monument, the birth place of flight. Less than a half a mile away, take a stroll with the family or your pet to the top of the monument and get the most expansive panoramic views the Outer Banks has to offer. Also, nearby are some of the Outer Banks most popular eateries with our own local windmill powered brewery, The Outer Banks Brewing Station (featured on the Food Network), right across the street. Offering a wide selection of craft brews, live music nightly during the summer and a large outdoor eating area with cornhole games and pirate ship jungle gym, everybody in the family will be entertained. Just down Colington Road to the south lies Colington Cafe, also less than a mile and a half away and a true local secret you will be treated to some of the best fine dining in North Carolina.
