The large yard enhances your outdoor enjoyment. 46" HD TV, Blu-ray player with the capability to stream Netflix, Roku TV, CD/MP3 stereo with surround sound, Foosball table, outdoor ping pong table, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo-64, Xbox One, board games, puzzles, and books galore are also available to keep your family entertained. Northpoint is a popular beach community located in Duck for active families! You will love the indoor community pool! It’s the ideal reprieve from the hot summer sun or the occasional rainy day. Northpoint’s community tennis and basketball courts are also yours to enjoy during your stay at Katmandu. Be sure to take advantage of Northpoint’s private community pier on the nearby sound for great crabbing, kayaking, and sunset views just a few minutes’ stroll from Katmandu. For your convenience, this home provides bed linens for weekly reservations. This service is not available for partial or discounted stays. Early/Priority check-in and late check-out are not available for this property Private pool will open on May 1st and remain open through the second week of October 2021. The pool heat is $500.00/week. Please note Northpoint's community pool is currently CLOSED.
