Duneridge 3104 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom condo in Wrightsville's Duneridge Resort. The owners finished a complete renovation in April of 2023, and the results are stunning!
Located in building three, which offers the largest units in Duneridge, 3104 has 10-foot ceilings, ocean and marsh views, and upscale décor throughout. All three of the bedrooms have their own TV, and access to their own bathroom with walk-in showers. The ocean facing master bedroom also has its own sitting area, and the largest bathroom in the property, complete with a soaking tub and walk in shower.
The entire kitchen and living room have been fully upgraded. The living room features a large smart TV and Sonos sound bar that are perfect for movie nights, and the custom kitchen has everything you would ever need for meals in. There's a breakfast nook that acts as a second dining area, and the coffee/beverage bar has a Keurig and drip coffee machine, as well as a wine and beverage cooler. An ocean facing deck has fantastic views of Atlantic as well as the Duneridge pool, and the side deck offers views of the Intracoastal marsh.
