**Please be advised that construction is currently underway throughout the entire Summer Winds complex. This includes the replacement of one stairwell in Building A and one stairwell in Building B, with completion expected by the end of May. Additionally, fascia and balcony repairs are expected throughout the spring, with an estimated completion by the end of June. During these projects, dust and loud construction noise are anticipated. For specific questions about the work being done on a particular unit, please contact our Guest Services department**
