Rollin' with the Tide is an eye-catching 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom cottage in Emerald Isle and it is the perfect vacation getaway for your entire family. It is located very close to the beach access and has stunning views of the ocean and pier! Spend your evening hours on the deck and enjoy sitting by the pool and hot tub! The pier is just a short walk away and you have the added convenience of nearby shops, restaurants, and a public boat launch!
The ground level of the home includes an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower. At the entrance of this level you will find a recreation area equipped with a TV, pool table, and a small kitchen area with a refrigerator. This level also houses three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a smart TV.
On level one there is a spacious living area with almost-oceanfront views. This area includes a smart TV, large windows, and direct balcony access. The dining area has seating for eight. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the space you need to prepare your family's meals as well as a bar with seating for four. This level houses three more bedrooms. Bedroom #4 has a king bed, a smart TV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom #5 has a twin bunk and trundle bed, as well as a double/twin bunk and a smart TV. Bedroom #6 has a king bed and smart TV.
Additional Amenities: This home has a private saltwater pool and hot tub, 8 smart TVs, a Blu-ray player, charcoal and gas Wilmington grills, a furnished deck, an in-home washer and dryer, a blender, a standalone ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker, Wi-Fi enabled thermostats, google Wi-Fi extenders/boosters to stay connected while you spend time in the home and outside, and a Yamaha indoor/outdoor stereo system that allows for Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection to your favorite device. You can listen to your favorite songs in four different zones of the house including the hot tub, the fire-pit, the porch, and the inside upstairs area. This system allows you to play the same music throughout all four zones or pick and choose which music will be played where. You will find a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher on each level of the home and you will have access to a crockpot (who doesn't want to prepare dinner while they soak up the sun?). Between a pack-n-play, a book collection, corn hole boards, and an array of family board games, this is the perfect place to bring the kids for a week away! The unit is equipped with high-speed wireless internet access for your convenience (now with Google Wi-Fi extenders and boosters throughout!).
Linens and towels are provided with beds made (weekly stays only).
Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly rentals allowed with a 3-night minimum stay (last minute or off season only).

Special Notes:
-The pool can be heated between the months of April and October for an additional $625 per week - We cannot guarantee the gas pool heater will work if the temperature drops below 55 degrees.
