The Surf Condos complex boasts a short walk from the condo to two private beach accesses, a zero-grade entry community pool, covered gazebos, a convenient onsite laundry facility, off-street parking and gated access. This recently updated unit offers so much in a tiny package. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and attached half bath. Just down the hall you will find twin over twin bunks in the alcove. Conveniently set across the hall from the twin bunks is a second half bath. Each half bath is connected by a single full-size shower and tub combo. The generously equipped kitchen features full sized appliances, an open concept overlooking the living area, farmhouse table with bench seating for 6, bar seating for 2 and all the utensils you need to cook at home. The living area offers ample seating to include a new queen sized sleeper sofa, love seat, and rocking chair. Pick your favorite spot and relax after a day on the beach in front of the large flat screen TV. The living room also offers an incredible view through the large 3 panel sliding glass door that opens to a private covered deck. Outside on the private deck you will find another small dining area with seating for 4, views of the professionally landscaped courtyard, views of the pool, and views of each beach access and the ocean!
