A Kosmic Mermaid is a luxurious oceanfront 6 bedroom & 4 1/2 bath duplex, it's the top 2 levels of a 3 story over/under duplex. There is an elevator and it's dog friendly! (elevator goes to the main level only, with an interior staircase that goes from the main level to the top floor)

Enjoy watching the gorgeous sunrise from either of the two large decks located on each level of the unit, there will be an outdoor table on the main level deck and comfortable outdoor seating on both decks, the decks are made accessible to one another by an outdoor spiral staircase. From the ground level you can access the property by elevator or exterior spiral staircase, once in the property there is an internal staircase that goes from the main level to the top level) The elevator goes to the main level of a Kosmic Mermaid,(it does not go to the top floor).  

The main/bottom level of this two level duplex consists of the oceanfront living area with deck, kitchen, dining area, breakfast room and powder room. There is also an oceanfront master bedroom with ensuite that features a king(br1) bed plus a sitting area with a full sleeper sofa that opens up to an oceanfront deck. The ensuite boasts double sinks and a separate tub and shower. There are 2 more bedrooms on this floor, one with a King(br2) and one with a queen(br3) bed that share a full hall bathroom. There is a laundry room featuring a full size washer and dryer as well.  

The top level features the 2nd oceanfront king(br4) master suite with full sleeper. The ensuite includes double sinks and a separate tub and shower. There is another  king(br5) bedroom on this level, with oceanfront deck access & a queen(br6) bedroom as well, these bedrooms share access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.  

All new living room furnishings and bedroom furnishings ... flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms and the living room.    There is a semi private walkway to the beach as well.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option  to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select 'linen sets', a la carte, for $32 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Absolutely NO Events(Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this Property.

Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:  

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am  only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm.
