2 Bedroom + Queen in Loft -2 Bath Harbor Front House with Boat Dock & 2 Boat Slips
" So, I'm just sitting on the Dock of the Bay..Watchin' the tide roll away, ooh!" Bay Watch is a super cute 2 bedroom plus a loft bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage located on the beautiful Harbor in Carolina Beach, NC.
Upon arriving at 'Bay Watch' you will enter on the 2nd level with the living area, dining room, and kitchen. The living room with a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable furnishings to accommodate all your guests. The 1st bedroom has a King(br1) Bed along with ensuite with a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a new King(br2) Bed and mattress and shares the main bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo. The private upstairs loft offers another Queen(loft) bed. All TV's are equipped with the Select TV Plan through Spectrum TV. FirePlace is for decorative purposes only.
Off of the living room is a Sun Room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa for additional sleeping for a couple of kids. The kitchen has all modern appliances.
This space leads to the deck and just beyond the deck a walkway to the 'Dock of the Bay'. The Shared Dock has a 34' Boat Slip, Guest of Bay Watch have access to the 2 north slips. Perfect place to enjoy fishing or crabbing, there is even a place behind the garage to clean your fish and a small bathroom with shower. There, you can grill your favorite dish. dining room is also located off the living area with lovely columns and arched entryways. Washer/Dryer. There is a garage with parking for 2 cars and 2 in the drive.
Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set by Owner - Sleeps up to 8, with a maximum of 6 adults.
Absolutely NO Events(Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this Property

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:
Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone- see AREA GUIDE>DOG FRIENDLY INFO on this site for more info.
