DESCRIPTION
Making yourself at home will be easy at "Poppy's Place" - a cozy second row beach cottage in Surf City! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home-away-from-home welcomes you and your guests with bright, cheerful décor in an open and inviting floor plan.
When you enter through the main side door, you will find a refreshing coastal atmosphere with the kitchen to your right, dining to your left, and living room straight ahead. Make your way to the kitchen that offers stainless appliances, spacious cabinets and countertops, and a dinette set great for enjoying a 'cup of joe' in the morning! Next to the kitchen is the conveniently located pantry and laundry room combo. Additional dining is found at the 6 seat dining table with views of the large deck out front. Head into the living room and you will find comfortable lounge seating with a large screen TV for entertainment! A small hallway off the living room leads you to a full shared bathroom and the Master Bedroom which features a King bed, TV, and walk in closet.
The stairs off the living room lead you to an upstairs "catwalk" that overlooks the living room and provides access to the other two bedrooms and full bathroom. The first bedroom offers a Queen bed and the second bedroom offers two Twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to a Jack and Jill bathroom between them.
Head outside through the sliding doors off the living room and you will be greeted with a large oceanside deck, perfect for relaxing in the sweet sunshine and enjoying the ocean breeze! Let the kids play in the back yard or toss a ball in the large driveway out front on this quiet residential street. Don't forget about your fur family - dogs are also welcome here (with a pet fee)! A short walk to the beach is just steps away at "Poppy's Place!"

Don't forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.
Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we'll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation. The "What to Bring" list can also be viewed on our website under the Guest Services tab.
Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
