DESCRIPTION
Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this updated one bedroom, one bathroom condo located within the luxurious oceanfront Villa Capriani resort. Relax in luxury with all this resort-style community has to offer, while at the same time have all the comforts of home. This luxurious community features three outstanding pools; a large ocean front pool, two smaller pools, one with a waterfall and a separate kid's pool. Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day! The complex also features wireless internet throughout the property, hot tub, tennis courts, direct beach access and an on-site restaurant and bar.
As you enter the front door, you are greeted by sunshine. Slumber for hours in the queen bedroom located to the left. Continue down the hallway past the full bathroom into the main living area. All the comforts of home are available in the fully stocked kitchen, perfect for enjoying a casual meal at the bar or gathering in the dining area.
The living room boasts a large flat screen TV and stunning views of the ocean. Additional sleeping is available on the pull out queen sleeper sofa. Walk out the French doors onto the balcony, take a seat and loose yourself in the views of the ocean, pools and lush courtyards. This resort style complex features three luxury swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court, direct beach access and onsite restaurant and bar.

The Villa Capriani pools and hot tubs will be opening at full capacity beginning April 1st. The pools will be open 9:00 am - 9:00 pm daily. Although some COVID restrictions have been lifted, social distancing at a minimum of 6-feet for all chairs, lounges, tables, and individuals who do not live in the same household is required. Social distancing of 6-feet or greater also applies when in the pool. Face masks are encouraged but not required at the pool if social distancing is followed.

Don't forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.
Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we'll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation. The "What to Bring" list can also be viewed on our website under the Guest Services tab.
Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
