The Seaside Craftsman is easily one of the most unique homes on Topsail Island. This home also includes modern conveniences such as a double showerheads in the master en suite and a tankless whole house water heater. You'll be just a few steps from a beach access and a short walk to a small convenience store. The home will be a cozy retreat that will keeps you wanting to return for years to come.

- Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
- Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
