"A Castle in the Sand" sits upon three direct oceanfront lots providing you a luxurious oasis. The meticulously manicured landscape includes a heated pool (heating available with fee - pool open April-October only), covered gazebo, arbor and trellis covered pathway surrounded by palm trees, tropical foliage and a privacy fence.
As this home was chosen as a filming location (Clay and Quinn's Beach House) of the popular TV show "One Tree Hill" during the 2009 through 2011 season series, although it has since been remodeled to a modern coastal aesthetic, it will certainly be an exciting destination for those of you that followed and enjoyed this popular TV show.

- Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
- WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
