Please review our Dog Policy before booking your vacation. The Non-Refundable Pet Deposit is $150 for the 1st dog and $50 for the 2nd dog at Beach Badger ONLY (2 dog maximum) and is NOT INCLUDED in rate. Please contact us to apply a pet fee on your reservation - DOES NOT AUTO APPLY.

- Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
- Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
