Located in the Surf Condo Community, a 180-unit oceanfront condo community in Surf City with a large community pool, beach access, and community laundry facility. "Surf Condo 131 - In With The Tide" is conveniently located just one and a half miles from the heart of Surf City where you will find restaurants, shopping and the Surf City Fishing Pier.
This two bedroom, one and a half bath 3rd floor oceanfront condo offers incredible views from the living room and deck. Enter unit 131 through the front door and you will find the master bedroom to your right. This bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a king bed with flat screen TV and access to a full bathroom. From the master bedroom is a door to a half bathroom with a sink and toilet. An additional door will lead you from the half bathroom into the full bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway.
Continuing into the unit you will find a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen boasts plenty of counter space and additional bar seating. The main living area features comfortable furniture, a dining table, and a flatscreen TV. A queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper sofa are available for additional sleep accommodations. Off the living area is a covered balcony with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. This condo includes a large open loft area upstairs with a queen bed and a loveseat for lounging space.
