Enjoy a relaxing stay in the St. Regis community, a beautiful resort complex located on North Topsail Beach. This three-bedroom condo has amazing ocean views,access to all the amenities St Regis resort has to offer, and is wheelchair accessible!

Enter "St. Regis 3408" to an open concept living space including a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, dining room, and a spacious, comfortable living room that features a big screen television. The sliding glass doors off the living room open to a balcony with spectacular ocean views.

Down the hallway you'll find a laundry room, full bathroom, and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own television. The master bedroom features a queen bed, wider doors to the bedroom and ensuite bathroom, grab bars in the bathroom, ocean views that will leave you breathless, and private access to the balcony off the living room.  

The second bedroom includes a twin over double bunkbed and ocean views. The third bedroom includes a queen bed. The second and thirds bedrooms both have access to a shared, private balcony with ocean views.

This community features a huge luxury pool right off the beach, boardwalks that lead to a private gazebo, fitness center, sauna, basketball court, playground, volleyball area, business center, wireless internet throughout the complex, banquet halls available for rent, Ocean's Edge (a full-service restaurant), snack bar by the outdoor pool and gift shop. • SILVER PACKAGE - Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom. Complimentary for ALL 7-night minimum reservations from June 8 to August 10, 2024.

If Complimentary Linens are not applicable for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee. Please contact us to apply a linen rental to your reservation  or upgrade your linen package for a fee, if applicable.

Oceanside Outdoor Pool typically available Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, subject to HOA's discretion. Indoor Pool and Hot Tub are unavailable due to repairs.  

Don't forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.

Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
