Welcome to "Shipwatch Villas 226 - Pawsitive Rx", a relaxing ocean front oasis on North Topsail Beach. Enjoy your coffee on the oceanfront deck as you watch the sun rise in the morning. Unwind on the soundside deck after dinner as amazing sunsets light up the sky. Adults and kids will love the hideaway sitting area located under the home. Don't forget your favorite lawn game to play in the open grass area out front and your swimming gear for a day of fun on the beach or in the community pool.  (CommunityPool opening Mid-May with operating hours from 10am-Sunset.)

End townhome unit with lots of windows, light, and extended views of the Atlantic Ocean! Downstairs level offers two comfortable bedrooms; an oceanfront room with a queen bed and a streetside room with two twin beds plus a twin trundle bed.  Dual entry shared bath for the two rooms is located next to the queen bedroom on this floor (Tub/shower combo).  Laundry conveniently located downstairs as well.

Main second level offers an open and roomy living, dining and kitchen area, along with a large half bath.   Well-appointed kitchen and relaxing coastal décor await! Enjoy access to a soundside deck off of the kitchen and an oceanside deck off of the living room. Top floor offers the oceanfront master bedroom suite with a queen bed, private bathroom, and private oceanfront deck access.

While service animals are welcome, "Shipwatch Villas 226 - Pawsitive Rx" is NOT a pet-friendly  rental due to HOA requirements.  

Only 2 parking passes and 2 pool fobs are provided for this property. Vehicle parked directly under the townhome will not require a parking pass.

Don't Throw it Away - We all buy more than we need when wecome to the beach for vacation too much cereal, too many cookies and chips,and the list goes on.   If you do not want to take it home or don't haveroom to take it home, donate it to  Share the Table, a food pantry in SurfCity dedicated to helping food insufficient families in our community.  All unopened items are needed and greatly appreciated as our neighbors continueto climb out of the pandemic and even in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence. Thereis a crate labeled "Share the Table" in the entryway to the Shipwatch Villas officearea.   Place any items you have for donation in the crate, and they willbe delivered to  Share the Table  for distribution to families.  Thank you in advance.

Little Free Library is now located at the North TopsailBeach Park next to the Pavilion and in front of the playground.   Thelibrary houses gently used books in case of bad weather (or a bad sunburn) orwhen you just want to stay inside and read. Feel free to take a book or two andreturn them when you are finished or, better yet, return a book you read thatyou are willing to share with others on the island.   Books are of allgenres welcome, including children's books. Books are changed out weekly.  Happy reading!

Don't forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.  Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we'll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation. The "What to Bring" list can alsobe viewed on our website under the Guest Services tab.  

Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
