Two bedrooms with new mattresses plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, allows for 8 guests to spend quality time together on Topsail Island. In addition, there are 2 baths with a shared (fully remodeled) shower , full kitchen, washer/dryer in the condo, pool views and ocean views. You can enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise on the balcony complete with table and furniture. No detail has been spared to help make your vaction the best it can be. So head to the The Sunny Surf for a warm and bright vacation.

Location:
Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

- The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates subject to change).
- Gate/laundry/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
- Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
- Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.
- Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included but are available for an additional fee.
- On-site laundry facilities available, if necessary - coin operated.
