There is a whisper in the air calling for you to plan your next summer vacation. Answer it by booking "Coastal Callin" today! This fabulous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom sound front duplex home is exactly what you need to enjoy a peaceful week away.  


When you first arrive you are greeted by carport parking for at least 2 vehicles and an additional 4 graveled spaces directly across from the property. Use your keyless access code on the wet weather entry in the carport to get your vacation started. On the first level of this reverse floor plan property, you will find two of the three bedrooms this property offers. To your left at the top of the stairs is the first bedroom which offers a Queen size bed as well as Twin with Trundle to comfortably sleep up to 4 people. This room also offers a Flat Screen Smart TV and access to a private full bath. The bath includes a vanity sink and shower tub combo. Conveniently located in the hall outside of this room you will find the laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer. Head down the hall and you will come to the master suite. This spacious room offers a King size bed, a large wall-mounted Flat Screen Smart TV, a desk is available if you need to work or check emails,Private full bath with a large walk in shower and double vanity sinks, as well as a large private deck. Relax the afternoon away while watching boats travel down the Intracoastal waterway.  


Make your way to the top floor and you will find the last bedroom, to your left, at the top of the stairs. This room is complete with a Queen Size bed, full sleeper sofa, Flat Screen Smart TV, and access to a Shared Full Bath. This bath offers a vanity sink and shower tub combo. As you head down the hall you are greeted by the main living area. You first come to the Kitchen which is complete with stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinetry, and all of your basic cooking needs. Whip up master chef-worth meals for the whole family! Enjoy those meals at the large dining room table that offers seating for 8, the kitchen bar that has stool seating for 4, or the breakfast nook table that offers an additional 4 stools. The open family room is callin' for you to relax after a long day on the beach. The whole family can gather together on the comfortable couches to watch TV or movies on the Large Flat Screen Smart TV. One of the couches also converts to a queen sleeper sofa so those extra family members have a place to sleep too! The views through the windows are just a taste of what you will get if you step outside. Off the living room enjoy a large screened-in porch where you can soak stunning sunsets, watch the maritime wildlife in the marsh or simply relax the day away.  


When you want to enjoy some time outdoors there are a lot of options to choose from! Head over to the beach that is just a short walk away, head a mile down the road into town to grab a bite at any of our local restaurants, or put your Kayak in at the end of the dock and glide the afternoon away. Owners provide corn hole and washer boards for your use in the lite up carport for nighttime or rainy days! Hot&Cold outdoor shower is conveniently located just off the carport so that you can rinse off after you finish up with whatever activity that called to you.

  • Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:

    • A Full house linen package can be rented for $ 279 + tax.
      This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

    • Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
      This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

  • A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

    A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons.   Please see the rate section for season dates.

  • No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

  • This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
