When you first arrive you will find parking in the open lot in front of building #3. Each condo is allowed two parking spaces and passes will be provided at check-in. Head up the staircase to the 4th floor and use your keyless access code to get your vacation started. The stunning ocean view greets you as you come down the hall and into the main living area of the condo. The living room offers ample seating, a Queen Sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and access to the spacious oceanfront deck. Step out through the sliding glass doors and let the salt air melt away your troubles. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Keep a close eye out or you may miss the dolphins as they swim by!  

When dinner time rolls around, enjoy a full kitchen that is equipped with all major appliances and basic supplies for y our cooking needs. No need to deal with long waits for a table at a local restaurant, whip up amazing meals from the comfort of your own condo. The open floor plan allows you to enjoy the view from the kitchen as well! What's not to love?! Enjoy your meal at the dinner table, which seats   4, at the Kitchen bar which has 3 bar stools, or at the built-in counter on the balcony overlooking the ocean.  

Both Bedrooms and Bathrooms are located on the right side of the condo and are accessible from the living area. On the Oceanside of the condo, you will find the Master Bedroom. This room offers a King size bed, Flat screen TV, Access to the oceanfront balcony, and a full private bath. The private bath includes a shower stall and vanity sink. Wake up to a greeting from the sun and the ocean waving hello. The second bedroom is located on the Island side of the condo and offers a Queen sized bed and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has access to the full shared bathroom with a shower-tub combo which is centrally located in the hallway. A stackable washer and dryer are tucked away in the hall as well for guest convenience.

• A Full house linen package can be rented for $   + tax.
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

• ***Please Note: The complex pool is open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA.***
