When you first arrive, you will find parking in the shared driveway area. This adorable studio apartment, which is one half of a duplex property, offers an guests a  private backyard area, enclosed Beach Shower and private patio. This makes "The Roost" theperfect mother-in law suite or couples retreat. Inside you are greeted with festive surf decor. The living room offers a cozy couch that converts to a sleeper sofa. Across the room you will find a fantastic full Kitchen, dining area and the Flat Screen Cable TV. This property also offers guest Wireless internet service. A stunning divider separates the Queen bedroom area from the main living space. For those of you who are creative and need a safe space to write, or those who need a place to set up your Laptop to stay connected while you are in town, there is corner desk with lamp. The Large full bathroom has tons of space with a shower/ tub combo and a full size washer and dryer.  

The covered front porch on the front side of the property invites guests to cozy up and enjoy cocktails while listen to the music coming from the Trailer Bar.

• Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
  
  

• A Full house linen package can be rented for $84 + tax.  
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.
  
  A 7-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons.   Please see the rate section for season dates.
  
  

• No pesky Security Deposits!
  
  All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

• This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
