This brand new vacation rental, located just a few blocks from the heart of Surf City, is straight out of a fairytale and ready to help make your vacation dreams into lasting memories. With local shops and restaurants just a short distance away, all the comforts of home, and beach access just a short walk away down the street, your next vacation will be straight out of a storybook.
When you first arrive you are greeted by ample parking in the large gravel driveway. The carport offers additional covered parking for those days when the weather is being villainous. The outdoor shower is located just off the parking area so that you can rinse off the sand you brought back from the beach before heading upstairs. Take the elevator up from the carport to get your vacation started!
The first floor of this reverse floor plan property offers 3 of the 4 bedrooms. On the right or the street-side of the home, you will find the King Suite. This room is complete with a King size bed, Flat Screen wall-mounted TV, as well as access to a private balcony and a private full bath. The attached bathroom offers a large shower and a double vanity sink. The private covered balcony is the perfect place to daydream with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy a good book in the afternoons. A full shared bathroom is centrally located in the hall and offers a shower tub combo and double vanity sink. The remaining bedrooms on this floor are just across the hall. The first room offers a Full-over-Full bunk bed set, Flat Screen TV, and access to the shared back deck. The final bedroom on this floor offers a Full-over-Full bunk bed set, wall-mounted Flat Screen TV, and access to the shared back balcony. Let our imagination take hold as you look out over the maritime forest behind the property. You never know what mythical creatures you may encounter during your Topsail adventures. A full-size stackable washer and dryer are located in the laundry room on this floor - you'll have every convenience of home on vacation!
Head upstairs and get whisked away by the tasteful decor and stunning views of the open living area. This spacious room provides ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, tasteful decor, and endless windows so you can soak in the true beauty of our Topsail Island. Just off the living room is the large island view deck where you can enjoy evening meals, afternoon naps or just watch Island life go by. The dining area is surrounded by multiple windows and invites your whole family to gather together for incredible family meals. The large table offers seating for 6 with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen provides all stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, dishware, and cookware as well as all of the standard cooking utensils to make you feel right at home. Just off the kitchen, you will find a half bath so your guests can freshen up before you all enjoy your royal feast. Step out through the sliding glass doors in the kitchen onto the large back balcony and enjoy stunning treetop views.
Finally, we come to the top of the tower where we find the second Master Suite. The space offers a King bed, Large Flat Screen TV, ample storage for clothing, a coffee station, and access to a private balcony on both sides of the home. The private bath has a double vanity sink and a large walk-in shower. Tucked away in a special nook you will find a set of bunk beds, perfect for the princes or princesses that don't like to sleep too far away from mom and dad.
The community beach for the homes on Fairytale Lane is located just at the end of the street so you can be on the sand within minutes of leaving the home. A Full house linen package can be rented for $357+ tax.
This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.

A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.
