Merry mermaids greet you as you turn onto Fairytale Lane to get your vacation started. 2 parking spaces can be found on the street side of the property in the gravel lot and an additional 4 spaces in the carport on the front side of the property. The covered carport area is home to the enclosed outdoor shower and offers a space where you can store your beach gear or relax outdoors when the weather isn't magical. Use your Keyless access code to check in and let your fairytale vacation begin. The keyless entry locks are located on the Elevator door and the door for the covered carport stairwell.

On the first level of this reverse floorplan beachside castle, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The first bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds and access to a covered island interior deck. The next bedroom offers a Queen bed, a Screen Smart TV, and also has access to a covered island interior deck. These bedrooms share a sizeable bathroom which is conveniently located in the hall. This bathroom offers a double sink vanity and shower tub combo. The final bedroom on this floor is the first of two master suites. This large ocean-view room offers a king-size bed, a Flat-Screen Smart TV, and access to the covered oceanview deck. Sit out and enjoy the morning breeze or the stunning sunset each day. This suite is complete with a private master bath that includes a double vanity sink and a large walk-in shower.

Take the stairs or the elevator up to the middle floor where you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The first bedroom on the left of the stairwell offers another Queen Bed, Flat Screen Smart TV, and access to the covered island interior deck. The next bedroom offers two Twin beds and access to the covered island interior deck. These bedrooms share the full bathroom which is conveniently located in the hall. This bathroom offers a double sink vanity and shower tub combo. Tucked away behind a door in the hall you will find the full-size stackable washer and dryer. The last bedroom is the 2nd master suite. This large ocean-view room offers a king-size bed, a Screen Smart TV, and access to the covered ocean-view deck. This suite is complete with a private master bath that includes a double vanity sink and a large walk-in shower.

On the final floor of this majestic tower, you will find a stunning living area. Windows surround you and invite the breathtaking views of Topsail Island right into the room. The altitude of this level offers a unique Crowsnest view that few others can enjoy. Let your imagination take control as you picture pirate ships off in the distance while soaking in the panoramic ocean view. The living room offers ample comfortable seating so everyone can gather around to share stories of their adventures on the beach or catch up on the latest shows and movies. The large flat-screen TV will make the latest fantasy flick shine bright as your family gets together for movie night. Equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with your basic cooking needs the immaculate kitchen is ready for you to whip up royalty-worthy meals. Invite the whole family to be your guest and show off your master chef skills. When it is time to eat, freshen up in the half bath that is conveniently located off the Kitchen. Enjoy ocean views from the large dining room table that offers seating for 8. There are an additional 4 chairs at the kitchen bar and 3 more in the sitting area next to the table. Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.

No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
