The condo has been recently renovated and offers an upscale atmosphere at an affordable price. The beachy tones and tasteful coastal decor welcome you as soon as you open the door. The living room provides ample seating for a family of 6 to relax after a long day out on the beach. Enjoy a family movie night with the beach as your backdrop. The comfortable couch even converts to a Queen Sleeper sofa. Just off the living room you can enjoy the seabreeze while over looking the pool, courtyard and ocean from your own private balcony. The stunning kitchen offers everything you need to whip up fantasic family dinners including all major applicances, dinnerware and cookware. Gather together to enjoy at the dinning room table, which has 4 comfy chairs. The bar also offers 4 stools for addtional seating.
Tucked away in the hallway nook is a futon that converts to a Queen bed. Adjacent to it in the hall you will find the half bath, which has a connecting doorway to give guests easy access to the shared shower. At the end of the hall is the bedroom, which offers a King bed and a flat screen TV. This bedroom connects to the other bathroom and also has a connecting door for easy access to the shared shower.
The Surf Condominiums is an oceanfront complex that offers convenient accommodations at affordable rates. All units have balconies with views of the inner courtyard and ocean. Private beach accesses are available for resident and guest usage. Residents and guests also have access to the swimming pool, which is open May through September. Grilling is permitted in designated grilling areas around the complex. Laundry facilities are located onsite in a seperate building, and have coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Two cars permitted for each property. You will have access to a private carport with this unit. Boats, jet skis, trailers, or other large water or cargo vehicles are not permitted on the premises. A Full house linen package can be rented for $123 + tax.
This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.

A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
