This cozy oceanfront cottage is an excellent choice for a group retreat on the southern end of Topsail Island. The wonderful reverse living floor plan capitalizes on the ocean views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen on the upper floor. The bedrooms on the lower floor each have sliding doors that access the oceanfront deck, so you can wake up each morning and race to the beach! The house is also located in the relaxing town of Topsail Beach, where life is slow-paced and laid-back. Go for a bike ride around the town, or walk down the beach to the Jolly Roger Pier. Enjoy a few select restaurants and shops in the area, then go back to the house to enjoy a nap without being disturbed by work. Cable TV on two flat screens and two conventional TV's provided for your convenience. Wireless internet access and unlimited long-distance phone service also provided for the time you spend indoors. Just remember that you don't need an iPad to look at the beach when you're already here! New outdoor shower is enclosed and offers hot and cold water! Washer & dryer are inside house.

Bed sizes include 2 Queens, 2 Twins, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Please arrange to bring your own sheets & towels. Linen rental information is available upon request.

• Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
  
  

• A Full house linen package can be rented for $201 + tax.  
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

  All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
